pc002n. An interior view of the cafe where Carol White has a 'cuppa' during the opening title sequence of 'Poor Cow'. I've tried to get the angles the same as the film and I think I've just about succeeded. The ABC cinema has long gone and has been replaced by a Safeway supermarket. Other than that , it's pretty much recognisable as being the same location. The cafe still does a decent egg & chips! This is at the junction of Fulham Road & North End Road , SW6. - Craig Dalrymple.

pc003n. Now. Near Wesley Road or Hesa Road in Hayes, Middlesex. Not the exact house but the small windows adjacent to the front door are quite distinctive. So it's a probability only, hence no fee. But good sleuthing all the same.

Poor Cow - The John Collier shop in this picture is almost certainly (99%) in King St Hammersmith on the corner of Bridge Avenue. I worked in the office above the shop from 1972 to 1975! The larger white shop further back used to be Richard Shops. Sue Beach.
