Revenge - A high street, probably High Wycombe... Marlow High Street suggests Richard, and Graham Anderson adds Marlow High Street looking south east near junction with Institute Road, but like John (see now), I couldn't see it and Graham did his best to convince me but thanks to him and Adrian for sorting this out. rev003n. Google with a bit of help from Adrian Wild offer this photo, but no architectural detail coincides. Maybe we should be 100m further down the street? The, or at least a, church is on the right hand side, and there is a zebra crossing. Not yet convinced. Justification: look at the roof-line and building layout on the right of the street as seen. The "timbered" building side is no longer timbered! Also on the left the long brown building with the white ?architrave matches as do the white 1st floor oriel windows. I think the Belisha crossing is in the same place! And look at the white oval artifact above the passenger's side top angle of the car. It exactly matches the "now" image. Now "Sahara" but I suspect a previous pub sign. Adrian. Suitably chastened, I have to agree.
