Has there been some renumbering?

I think no. 2 is the only match in the whole terrace so perhaps the film did slap on a 10 to represent Oscar's real life address at 10 St James's Place in 1895 at the time of his trial. SJ

Pentonville on Caledonian Road, N7. While I was taking this, filming was underway for London Boulevard with David Thewlis and Colin Farrell on the corner of Frederica Street nearly opposite, nearly 60 years after The Ladykillers. SJ.
