The year is 1939 and this is Nazi Headquarters in Hamburg. Actually it's St Pancras Station on Euston Road, London NW1.
A different view now, this is where Peter declined to purchase a drink at the advertised price!

Otto Schiendick (Helmut Griem), a 2nd Class Steward on board the MS St. Louis, arrives to be given his next assignment from Commander Von Bonin. St Pancras Station with Euston Road visible through the archway. Other parts of the station can be seen 'Shirley Valentine' ‘Smashing Time’, ‘The Servant’, ‘The Ladykillers’, ‘Wings of Mystery’, ‘The Fourth Protocol’, ‘McVicar’, ‘The Comedy Man’, ‘Mona Lisa’, ‘A Cry from the Streets’, ‘The Painted Smile’, ‘Nuns on the Run’ and ‘Simon and Laura’.

Aaron Pozner (Paul Koslo) and Joseph Manasse (Jonathan Pryce) descend steps to a tunnel.

As may be appreciated, with all of the alteration at London Bridge station over the years it's fairly difficult to place the location. (PW)

A group of soldiers sing as they walk towards the two teachers. Weston Street in SE1 as it passes through tunnel between St. Thomas Street and Tooley Street.

This one is more accurate as we know the line that Weston Street took under the station. (PW)

Manasse escapes but Pozner is beaten by the soldiers before they continue on their way. Facing Tooley Street on Weston Street as it runs beneath London Bridge station.

MS St. Louis waits for it's passengers in Hamburg Harbour. MS St. Louis was played by MV Irpinia which was built in 1929 as the liner Campana by Swan Hunter on the River Tyne in northern England.
