Storyline:
Mild mannered bank clerk Geoffrey Dent (John Barry) is persuaded by his nagging, gold digging girlfriend Laura (Sonya O’Shea) to embezzle money. When an attempt is made on Laura’s life, Geoffrey runs away with the cash to avoid being blamed. With the killer and a detective hot on his heels, Geoffrey hides out in a remote boarding house, where he becomes the murderer’s next intended victim.

A car enters a street.....Ray Glenister found the "street", actually Duchess of Bedford's Walk, London W8.....
With only room now for one moving vehicle, patience and courtesy is required.

....and pulls up outside a block of flats where George Cullen [Right] (Sam Lee) opens the door for the driver Ginter (John Le Mesurier) [Left] to get out. They go up to Laura’s (Sonya O’Shea – uncredited) flat........and then 1-29 Campden Hill Gate in Duchess of Bedford's Walk.......from which were were able to establish the other locations.
Virtually nothing has changed and that is no doubt its value.

As they exit the apartment block they see Geoffrey Dent (John Barry) approaching. Stafford Terrace looking across to Phillimore Gardens, London W8
Pity about the vans but it could have been scaffolding.

Discovering Laura on the floor and believing her to be dead Geoffrey rushes to Paddington Station to escape. George is there watching him. Paddington station cab road running alongside Eastbourne Terrace. Also seen in 'Brandy for the Parson', 'Miranda' and 'The October Man','The Challenge' and 'A Run For Your Money'.

Renting a room in Cheltenham, Geoffrey agrees to go to a dance with his “landlady” Julie McKelvin (Maureen Riscoe) but leaves hurriedly when he is made aware of a policeman, Sgt. Bex (Peter Madden) at the dance. Making his way home he notices Ginter waiting in the shadows. Duchess of Bedford's Walk looking into Holland Walk, London W8

Once home, Julie arrives and admits that she believes Geoffrey is indeed the man the police are looking for. Not only for the £2,000 that he has embezzled from his bank but now for the death of Laura who has since died. Whilst talking they hear a man whistling a tune in the street outside, Ginter. 25 Upper Phillimore Gardens but March 2019 completely covered in builders hoarding.

Julie’s father (Ian Fleming) is a police inspector and also believes that Geoffrey is the wanted man, but perhaps more particularly, that the man outside, Ginter, is an even more wanted criminal. He blows his whistle to attract an awaiting police car. Assumed to be No 20 in view of Capture 9.
Fortunately nobody blew the whistle on me.
