The police arrive at the High Commissioners residence in Park Crescent W1. Hall Barn House near Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. The location was seen in 'Gosford Park', 'Anoop and the Elephant', 'The Walking Stick', 'Chariots of Fire' and 'Take a Girl Like You'.

Assassin Pallain escapes after posing as a journalist. Celia Lunn identifies this as the corner of Portland Place and Weymouth Street in W1 noting that the building to the right, which is now the Chinese Embassy, has been altered since filming took place.

27 years on, Malcolm Tinnelly captures a scene that has almost been taken over by Boston Ivy.

Sheila Quentin takes the clock to its originator, Maria Cholon. Possibly Wigmore Street W1 suggests PW, which Alan Bourke confirms adding that the black frontage with the blue square to the left of centre is a branch of IBM United Kingdom that once stood at number 100 on the corner of Duke Street.

This is taken from about 100 Wigmore Street looking west. The corner with Duke Street is partially occupied by Wagamama at 101a. SJ
