If you have any information regarding this production, the locations or, even better, some comparison shots please contact us. Images submitted must be in Landscape orientation, as would be seen on the cinema screen, not Portrait.

We are aware that there are films on the site that were added when the criteria for the inclusion of locations was very different from today and, as a result, there may be scenes missing from some productions. Please do not forward additional screen captures to us but bring the detail to our attention, for we do, and are, 're-addressing' these older entries as time allows.

Skerritt, Walken and Campbell in The Screaming Tunnel passing under a railway line just off Warner Road, Niagara Falls. The tunnel also appears in Limestone Burning and is the subject of local legend.

Nice gazebo. A trap is set... At Queen's Royal Park at Niagara-on-the-Lake. It was constructed for the film, and bequeathed to the town after completion. It was replaced with a permanent structure in 2015: info from Steve/SR.

The permanent structure some eight years later without the benefit of height. With sincere thanks to Bruce for pinpointing and driving me around as many of the various locations as we were able to cover in what turned out to be a very time frame. (RL)

Walken watches on as a scissor murder is about to take place...Queen's Royal Park

No time to enlist 'rent a crowd'. (RL)

Walken is helpless to stop it... Queen's Royal Park/SR

It looks as if at least one tree has not survived. (RL)

Lom outside Walken's house looks at Sheen's campaign poster... 17 Byron Street, Niagara-on-the-Lake: SR

Unusually there was no snow to fully replicate the scene. (RL)

... and enters no17 Bryon Street.

That looks like some new fencing and gate. (RL)

Walken arrives at Zerbe's house, which, as Steve found, is at the corner of Queen Street and Butler Street, Niagara-on-the-Lake.

As can be seen, there is very little clearly visible now to establish and replicate the original capture. (RL)

  • 'Now' required

Walken crosses a wintry street... the Post Office at 117 Queen Street, Niagara-on-the-Lake/SR

Panning left... Outside 114 Queen Street, Niagara-on-the-Lake, now the Maple Leaf Fudge shop/SR

The shop frontage supports the fact that I was in the correct place. (RL)

  • 'Now' required

Statue in a park... Simcoe Park, Niagara-on-the-Lake/SR, which makes the statue one of John Graves Simcoe.

Sheen is ushered away from Walken. Mansion in the background...The large house in the background of Capture 15 is the Prince of Wales Hotel/SR

A clearer and more distinct view of the 'Prince of Wales Hotel'. (RL)

Walken approaches the hall where Sheen is due to campaign to his party faithful... The Old Court House at 26 Queen Street, Niagara-on-the-Lake/SR

A little more festive view. (RL)

Sheen arrives outside the hall... i.e. the Old Court House at 26 Queen Street/Steve Randall once again doing a thorough trawl through the web.

Sufficient 'stand in' crowd to balance the scene. (RL)
