If you have any information regarding this production, the locations or, even better, some comparison shots please contact us. Images submitted must be in Landscape orientation, as would be seen on the cinema screen, not Portrait.

We are aware that there are films on the site that were added when the criteria for the inclusion of locations was very different from today and, as a result, there may be scenes missing from some productions. Please do not forward additional screen captures to us but bring the detail to our attention, for we do, and are, 're-addressing' these older entries as time allows.

A soldier stands guard at the Winthrop Base in Manitoba, Canada. Julian Easton advises that in reality it was Waste Incinerator Plant on Charlton Lane in Shepperton, Middlesex. Now, in short, a community recycling centre. (RL)

Julian sends this photograph adding that this is all that remains, the weighbridge office, sadly painted "a ghastly dark blue". (RL)

Another stock shot to remind the audience that the film is set in Canada. Eglise de Saint-Jean-Port-Joli on Place de l'Église in Saint-Jean-Port-Joli, Quebec located by Steve Randall.

Apologies for the rather dark shot of the power station. Julian Easton advises that, as the first capture, this is the Waste Incinerator Plant on Charlton Lane, Shepperton, now a community recycling centre. (RL)

Julian used to work there and never thought to take a camera! So he sends this "Now" shot captured from BBC TV's "Rockliffes Babies Black Arrow" episode. The grab is from the right hand side of the building and fwf016 is on the left. Julian has sought permission to reproduce the shot but as yet has not received a reply.
