We are aware that there are films on the site that were added when the criteria for the inclusion of locations was very different from today and, as a result, there may be scenes missing from some productions. With three miles to go before they reach the Daleks' Bedfordshire mine, David and Dr. Who are spotted by two Robomen. The backlot at Shepperton Studios recognised by Andy Waller who adds that this is close to the site of the former bridge and pavilion seen in 'The Oblong Box', 'Witchcraft' and 'The Asphyx'.

When taking this shot, Andy explained that the remains may not be around for much longer, given the current redevelopment of Shepperton Studios South and updated us at the end of February 2023 that the bridge had been demolished.

After the van is destroyed during their flight from London, Wyler (Andrew Keir) and Susan (Roberta Tovey) come across a dilapidated riverside cottage where an Old Woman (Eileen Way) is washing clothes.

Making for the building, the pair cross a nearby bridge. The footbridge over the River Ash in Shepperton Studios' Littleton Park. Information from http://www.doctorwholocations.net The area was also seen in 'The Trygon Factor', 'Every Day’s a Holiday', 'Dr. Terror's House of Horrors', 'The House That Dripped Blood' and 'Monster of Terror'.

Andy Waller returned to the location and found evidence of the bridge.

As they approach the cottage, a Young Woman appears holding a shotgun. The grounds of Shepperton Studios in Littleton, Surrey.

The steps survive in Andy Waller's comparison.
