Niven stops off at another chemist's in a rural village. Steve Cook identifies the "rural village" as Old Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire which is also seen in 'Devil's Bait', 'Echo of Barbara', 'Please Turn Over’, ‘The Walking Stick’, ‘Thunderball’ and ‘Doctor in Love’.
