Johnnie Tallent (Paul Nicholas) heads to the travel agency where his girlfriend Jill works. The now demolished and redeveloped shopping centre in Walton on Thames, Surrey. The centre was also seen in 'The Rise and Rise of Michael Rimmer' and 'Psychomania'.

Johnnie imagines elderly folk being rounded up. Steve Rees locates this as Park Road, East Twickenham and notes that the ambulance is parked in front of a small block called Lanham Court. (RL)

After visiting the solicitor and receiving some less than favourable news, Johnnie and Jill wait for a bus home in silence. Facing south on London Road, Twickenham.
Once again Steve reveals the changes during the intervening years, the police station replaced with an "80's affair", the mid roadway light, gone and planted trees now obscuring the small office block. (RL)

As a "local" Steve Rees adds to his Twickenham shots with this one of 366 Richmond Road, TW1 2DX. The pharmacy in the background continues to trade and Steve advises that the hardware business was housed in a wooden "stall" like structure, but long gone. Oh yes, and the bus stop has been moved in favour of a crossing. (RL)
