The carriage draws up outside the Squire's house where he lives with his son Christopher and daughter Jenny. Claremont House on Claremont Drive near Esher, Surrey. The country house also appears in 'The Admirable Crichton', 'The Naked Runner' and 'Heavens Above!'.
Peter Bywaters captured Claremont Fan Court School without a cloud in the sky.

The Captain heads to hold up the carriage carrying the Squire and his son. Actually, Chobham Common in Surrey says Gordon Thomson, a safer place these days ones suspects. The location was seen in 'Carry On Cowboy', 'Don't Panic Chaps', 'Carry On Cowboy', ‘Only When I Larf’, 'The Break', 'A Weekend with Lulu', ‘The Night Caller’ and 1971’s 'Dad's Army'. (RL)
