As the crowd watches the sea lions, Desius Heiss (Oskar Homolka) comes into view. Regent's Park, London NW1.

Descius talks with his old partner Corder Morris (Manning Whiley). More of the Sea Lions at London Zoo.

Morris heads away from the city.

A police car begins to pursue Morris as he passes at high speed. Howie San explains that this is Hinchley Wood village, specifically the junction of Manor Road South with the Kingston Bypass looking north-west towards Scilly Isles roundabout.

Taken from the forecourt of the same petrol station by Howie San.

The chase continues as police officers at headquarters are alerted. Peter Brown paid attention to the dialogue and found the bridge on the Kingston-By-Pass to the south of Hinchley Wood station. Indeed the bridge parapet remains very much the same, but, the road has been widened so which way were they going? Lesley Brett suggests west because of the car's shadow. Howie San confirms the direction as north-west toward Scilly Isles roundabout adding that the northern parapet, in shot, has a decorative middle “column” that the southern one does not have.
