When his family have to move because their attorney wants to redevelop the land, Pete Lender (Bradley Pierce) heads to the removal truck carrying the Clock family in a detergent tin.

With their smaller belongings loaded onto to van, Joe Lender drives onto the main road. The Austin Allen location blog advises that this is a set built at the corner of Sandycombe Road and Ennerdale Road, Kew in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames.

Using clothes pegs, Arrietty and Peagreen Clock slide along telephone wires as they escape from Ocious P. Potter and the exterminator that he has hired.

Ocious and Jeff arrive the dairy where they start to search for Peagreen.

Intending to register the demolition of the Lender's former home, Ocious visits City Hall. This is Ealing Town Hall on New Broadway in Ealing, London W5.
