Stepping back to 1971, we are reminded of the first occasion that we saw Mr. Benn when the Postman delivers an invitation to a fancy-dress party.

As he looks for a suitable outfit to wear to the party, the smartly dressed businessman checks out the smaller shops after the larger ones have nothing to offer.

Moving back to 2005, once more we see Mr. Benn setting out from his terraced house in Festive Road.
