On 20th April 1945, Hauptmann Hoffman (Simon Ward) arrives at the Führerbunker in time to join Adolf Hitler's 56th birthday celebrations. Nick Boorman recalls seeing the set at the time of filming, which included false walls with bomb damage, and reveals that it is Kempton Park Pumping Station in Hanworth, Surrey.
