Death has reared himself a throne, in a strange city lying alone, Far down within the dim west, where the good and the bad have gone, resignedly beneath the sky, But lo, a stir is in the air, the wave there, is a movement there, As if their tops had given Death His undivided time" The Celtic Sea between De Narrow Zawn and The Crowns on the west coast of Cornwall with the Engine Houses of Crown Mines at Botallack to the bottom right. The engine houses can be seen in ‘Haunters of the Deep’ and the area around Botallack in ‘Doctor Blood's Coffin’.
