If you have any information regarding this production, the locations or, even better, some comparison shots please contact us. Images submitted must be in Landscape orientation, as would be seen on the cinema screen, not Portrait.
We are aware that there are films on the site that were added when the criteria for the inclusion of locations was very different from today and, as a result, there may be scenes missing from some productions. Please do not forward additional screen captures to us but bring the detail to our attention, for we do, and are, 're-addressing' these older entries as time allows.

We thought that this was the only depiction of a real street to be found in this colourful production shot on the stages at MGM in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire . . . . .
- Capture 2
- 'Now' required

. . . until these genuine looking but unidentifiable street lamp and windows appeared.

And then there’s this shot, when Sally Bishop (Pat Kirkwood), Jimmy Knowles (Nat Jackley) and David Laws (Bonar Colleano) find a studio set of the disused Majestic Theatre on the story’s Felham High Street.

But we thought wrong as this footage of Ann Hart (Dorothy Squires) arriving at David Law’s lodgings features a very real street, albeit an unknown one at the moment. Once again we have to be grateful that Dave W was required to walk to and from school and that his powers of observation then have remained in his memory bank, circa 60 Bourne Street, London SW1. This almost obligatory view of Piccadilly Circus in W1 rounds off the locations seen in the production.
