There doesn't appear to be a pavement at the side of the road so could this scene have been shot at the studio? The sequence can also be seen in 'Just William's Luck' made the previous year.

Following an all night repeat of the earlier performance, the mystery of the murder is solved and Gimpy (Eliot Makeham) is led away.
