After Sir Arthur passes away unexpectedly, Reverend Gray conducts the funeral. Steve Randall identifies this as Holy Trinity church on Church Road in Penn, Buckinghamshire, which can also be seen in 'The End of the Line'.

Steve provides this view of the church flying the Union Jack at half mast during the period of mourning following the death of Queen Elizabeth II.
