On a rainy day before winter sets in, Cass arrives back at St. Anthony's Hotel to tell Hogan that she's leaving. Dressed for filming, to the right stands the last, or first, property on Ennistymon Road, Lahinch.

Dr. Langdon reverses into a space outside Cass's flat. The junction of Percy Street, Rathbone Place, Rathbone Street and Charlotte Street in W1 with the Marquis of Granby public house behind the scaffolding. The junction can be seen in 'Peeping Tom' and 'Last Night in Soho'.

Richard Bennett walks through the cemetery every morning and it took a few visits to find the right spot as the angel has flown and the gas holder was dismantled many years ago. However, the angel has been replaced by a small plaque dated 1977.
