Mike’s Filming Memories

We have Yvonne’s filming memories as a contracted cast member, now we have Mike Grant’s as a ‘walk-on’ extra.

It was in 1964 when my family and I were on holiday in Plymouth when we chanced upon the filming of The Uncle on Plymouth Hoe. My sister and I were given walk-on parts during the filming and the production company gave us a large tub of ice cream for our involvement.

I have a feeling that our brief moment of fame ended up on the cutting room floor as I have yet to spot us! However, we will always have these pictures of us and the family walking around during the filming.
