Bill Moore has carried out his own research on this film and explains that the open field is where Mary McDuie’s house stood in 'The Three Lives of Thomasina'.

Much of the production was filmed at Pinewood Studios in Buckinghamshire where, according to D23, the official Disney Fan Club site, some buildings from the town set were recycled to appear in 'The Three Lives of Thomasina'.
