Aunt Fanny (Sandra Dorne) waits at the station for the train bringing Julian, Dick, George and Anne to visit for the summer holidays. Staverton station on the Dart Valley Railway running between Totnes and Buckfastleigh in Devon. Also seen in 'Where there's a Will' and 'Death is my Shadow'.

The Children wave to Aunt Fanny from their carriage as the train pulls into the station. Staverton station was closed by British Railways in 1958 and reopened by the Dart Valley Light Railway Company Ltd. in 1969.

Julian (Peter Richardson) and Dick (Adrian Edmondson) follow Aunt Fanny, George (Dawn French) and their dog Timmy from the station. The line between Totnes and Buckfastleigh was taken over by the South Devon Railway in 1991.

Learning that their Uncle Quentin, a famous scientist, has been kidnapped again, the "Famous Five" decide to go cycling for a few days and maybe investigate a rather interesting old castle.

Celebrating with ice creams from Mrs. Hunnybun's shop after helping the Police to catch two suspicious looking Men, George, Dick, Julian and Anne prepare to ride off. The Post Office in Broadhembury in Devon.

Running away when hearing someone approach, the "Five" hide behind a bush as Dirty Dick and Fingers (Nosher Powell) walk past.

After the Children find a way into the castle, Fingers and Dirty Dick capture them and take them to their boss. In the background stands the ruin of the Seymour house at Berry Pomeroy.
