On the ramps and walkways of the shopping centre beyond the office window, Men and Women Men and Women walk in the sunshine. The helical ramp at the western end of Broadway adjacent to The Ring in Bracknell, Berkshire.

On one of the walkways, a pair of male legs await the arrival of a pair of female legs. Bracknell's shopping centre also appears in 'The Spiral Staircase' and 'The Offence'.

A Young Woman makes her way through the shopping centre. Broadway, which lasted until 2013 when redevelopment began.

The young man's head turns towards an attractive Girl. Outside the Co-operative department store at the corner of Crossway and Broadway.

Ross continues home to where conflict with his Father isn't far away. The escalator running from Bracknell's Charles Square to the upper walkway surrounding the open space.

Dressed as a woman, Wendy Ross (Anne Heywood) leaves Roy's clothes behind as she appears from the lodging house where she has been living for months.

Passing a Milkman as he makes a delivery, Wendy reaches the footpath outside the house and keeps walking.

Conscious of those around her, Wendy makes her way along the busy street. Looking south-west on George Street, approaching the Greyhound public house on George Street with the corner of Brewers Lane top right.

Pedestrians appear to come from all directions as Wendy walks. Facing north-east, just past the Greyhound from the previous capture.

At the station, Wendy buys a copy of Daltons Weekly to look for accommodation. Windsor & Eton Riverside station on Datchet Road in Windsor, Berkshire.

A wider view to illustrate changes. The open area to the left in the capture was a third platform or bay area, also seen in 'Richard's Things'. It was removed during a major remodeling and redevelopment of the station in 1991. Riverside House was subsequently built next door. (SR)

The answer to a dilemma is forced to be solved when a pair of Lecherous Men approach. Inviting everyone to Sunday lunch, Margaret Stevenson (Jill Bennett) asks her husband Philip (Philip Bond) to get Frank a beer.

Frank tells Wendy that she's looking very pretty.

Wearing clothes that she's made herself, Wendy crosses the road after alighting from a bus. The Thames Valley temporary bus stop suggests that this is somewhere in Bracknell.

Wendy pays an unexpected visit to her sister Shirley.

While enjoying time at the river with Margaret and June (Sheila Reid), Wendy runs in fear as Frank begins to chase her.

Having made a decision, Wendy makes her way home after an appointment with consultant Mr. Waites. Richmond Green with number 1 and 2 Pembroke Villas in the background.

About a year later, Wendy sits at the window of a London Clinic after recovering from surgery. Dave W finds that Wendy rather spent her time near the former West London Air Terminal on the Cromwell Road looking south-west over the roofs of 152-156 Cromwell Road, the curved elevation of Collingham Place, and beyond in the distant left the floodlight towers of Chelsea Football Stadium, and at the right-hand edge of the capture the white expanse of Earls Court Exhibition Centre with the Empress State Building behind it.
