Storyline:

A tale of sex, drugs, cream teas and murder by the seaside. A hapless man fantasises about being involved in drug smuggling and is set up by police as an informer.

The view, from the Battersea side of The Thames, is heavily compromised by Tower West prominent in front of Chelsea Creek which rose up in 2017. But the two chimneys are still there. SJ

The police set Dennis up as a supergrass when he tells them of a planned shipment. He is assigned cops Harvey and Lesley to travel with him to the coast. As they drive away from the police station we see glimpses of the town.
