Posing as a bodyguard, Rowley (Edmund Gwenn) suggests that Jones ascends the tower of Westminster Cathedral. This isn't London as the actors were never in London. The street corner is dressed with the correct names but is probably somewhere in Los Angeles or Long Beach.
