A property on the Flete estate at Mothecombe in Devon, which is identified by Natalie Manifold as Efford House. Natalie also recognised that the Olympic lakeside shots are from The Vale on Edgbaston Park Road, Birmingham B15 which is where she went to university and adds that "at the time it would have been very open but is now heavily built on."

Massachusetts, USA? No, the campus at Birmingham University in Edgbaston B15 recognised by Gary Wright who was an extra on the film and somewhere in the background running around pretending to be an Italian athlete. Gary adds that the scene was shot in September 1977, the week following Marc Bolan's car accident.
