Storyline:
Contentedly married, but fearing emotional suffication, a university lecturer yearns for an affair with an enigmatic student which he realises could either revitalize or ruin his marriage. At the same time he is locked in a battle of dueling egos with a male student whose youthful vitality he envies, and with his friend whose media prowess and sexual success he covets.
