If you have any information regarding this production, the locations or, even better, some comparison shots please contact us. Images submitted must be in Landscape orientation, as would be seen on the cinema screen, not Portrait.
We are aware that there are films on the site that were added when the criteria for the inclusion of locations was very different from today and, as a result, there may be scenes missing from some productions. Please do not forward additional screen captures to us but bring the detail to our attention, for we do, and are, 're-addressing' these older entries as time allows.

Father Philip (Robert Beatty) gazes towards the Institutes entrance and then walks over to it. Is this the Palace of Justice in Antwerp? No, says Ray Glenister. It's actually Imperial College Road (formerly Imperial Institute Road) facing West towards Queens Gate, London SW7 which was seen in 'The Lost Hours'. (RL)

Significant changes. (RL)

Belgium? Phooey, it's the Imperial Institute again, Brother Brian, which is also seen in ‘The Titfield Thunderbolt’, 'The Rough and the Smooth', ‘Raising a Riot’ and 'Three Cases of Murder' with a reverse point of view seen in 'A Matter of WHO'.

The Imperial Institute building was demolished over a period between 1957 and 1962. (RL)

Long, straight, perhaps slightly sloping street with a tower, maybe a church, in the distance... and after 15 years, Colm Begley suggested Rue Xavier de Bue with the church being the Eglise Saint-Pierre d'Uccle, in Brussels. However this prompted Ray Glenister to dig deeper and he found Deux Eglises Tweekerkenstraat looking north to the Church of Eglise Saint-Josse. (SJ)

Ray's Google shot to support his find.

Maybe Antwerp Cathedral in the background? No, identified by Dimitri Yarnault, as the "Town Hall" Grand Place, Brussels, Belgium.

Ray Glenister confirms that it has to be Brussels as Antwerp is very flat and Andrew is standing near the corner in Rue du Montagne with the view to the Town Hall obstructed by new development as evidenced by this Google Earth capture. Clarifying further Ray expands: "The agent is standing in Rue du Parc looking basically east toward the park. The building is still there. Behind him to the west, the Town Hall in Grand Place. (RL)

Following on from the previous capture Ray sets the location as Rue du Parc, looking basically east to Parc le Brussels. The road once went straight through to Rue Royale. In the movie, we see both pairs of pillars to the park and the trees in the park itself. This part of the street now lies under the stairs. (RL)
