Storyline:

In post-war London, upper-middle class barrister John Lomax and his wife Barbie decide, after several years of constant bickering, to divorce. They underestimate the effect of their announcement on their three children, who assume that family friend Bill Ogden is to blame. Uncle Bill may indeed be waiting in the wings, but it’s all hardly his fault.

If you are ever there with no lorries or vans parked to allow a more accurate shot please take it. Even on a very wet and gloomy day we can always rely on Peter to build something extra into his agenda, but even he was hampered by a film crew! He admits that he failed to, ask what their project was.

John and wife Barbie unite to take their daughters to the station and see them off to boarding school. Victoria Station. When the station "upgrade" is (ever) complete a now shot should be possible.

The underground entrance has expanded but the top right is recognisable. SJ

The train departs the station as the Lomax’s decide to go for a “cup of tea”.

Not such an easy shot these days and the signal box has been through a few changes. It was closed in 1980.
