Storyline:

Whilst investigating sightings of a “Batman”, Journalist Viki Vale meets Bruce Wayne and the two begin an affair during which she comes to learn that both Wayne and this Batman are one and the same. Meanwhile, Gotham City is being terrorised by “The Joker” who is spiking cosmetics with poison. Batman must take on The Joker ‘mono et mono’ to free the City of its tyrant.

See 'Carry On at Your Convenience' Capture 1 'Now' shot. Michael Bradley advises that both 'Alien' (1979) and 'Aliens' (1986) utilised the interiors of Acton Lane Power Station.

Knebworth House has appeared in many productions including on-site titles 'Horror Hospital', 'Keep It Up Downstairs', 'The Big Sleep' (1978) and 'The Lair of the White Worm'. The location fees perhaps helped pay for the refurbished turrets. SJ
