Storyline:
Dr. Frankenstein creates a mate (Eva) for his monster (Viktor). Viktor, causing an explosion in Frankenstein’s laboratory runs away and meets a kindly dwarf (Rinaldo) on his way to Budapest. The pair join a circus until fate causes Viktor to run once more, back to Frankenstein’s castle and to Eva’s aid.
