This may be a set. K Howard confirms that this is indeed an actual location. King's Road, London SW3 at Radnor Walk. Lloyds Bank was on the corner with Jubilee Place and R Lees was a well known restaurant. He also tells us that in the frames before this clip can be seen a brief glimpse of the Classic Cinema and that the Facebook page "I grew up in Chelsea" informs us that the fruit stand opposite the Chelsea Potter pub was run by Mr. and Mrs. Stanton. The pedestrian crossing still exists. (RL)
