As said before, this shot is NOT taken in the red light district at all but in the quiet Bloemgracht area, Jordaan, Amsterdam.

This location is, just like in the movie 'Amsterdamned' and 'Deuce Bigalow European Gigolo', turned overnight into a temporarily red light district. Because of the Covid-19 pandemic it is quiet here in 2021. Frank couldn’t see a single soul having a cup of coffee in the morning of a sunny Sunday morning.

Scalia steps out of the car and enters the building. It is obvious that he is discussing the drug trafficking with the Turkish mafia and he orders them to remove the Blacks and Chinese from the drug market. Later that evening Bobby meets Phong in an illegal casino and it almost comes to a fight. Here Bobby meets Anne Michaels (Lisa Schrage) who works in the casino as a croupier. Now this location was so familiar to Frank. This was THE location in Amsterdam west in the 70’s and 80’s where people would buy/eat their Chinese food. Frank has been to this restaurant numerous times when he was just a kid with his parents. The quote he remembers here was “Sambal bij?”.

Here we see the result of the reconstruction of the quays of Amsterdam. Recently a quay did collapse and was totally destroyed. The one we can see in 'Puppet on a Chain' Capture 57. The city of Amsterdam decided to refresh many quays of the Amsterdam inner-city and this one clearly was one them.

This neo-renaissance style Roman Catholic church was build in the mid 19th century and the architect was Adrianus Bleijs.

The Old Church is situated in the center of the red light district and was build around 1300, therefore it is the oldest, still existing, building of Amsterdam.

But it is not all that great he thinks of. Back in the days their father had a rival named Tuko (uncredited) who killed Bobby and Danny’s father (uncredited) and mother (uncredited). Since that day they are under the protection of Uncle Chi. And now that Uncle Chi is dead Bobby and Danny swear revenge and they buy a load of guns. Unknown location.

It turns out that the Turkish mafia paid Phong to kill Bobby and Danny. Amead (Cahit Olmez) the leader of the Turks is not happy that Phong failed and they tell him to go. Meanwhile Anne Michaels, it turns out, is an undercover police woman. While she is on her bike she gets kidnapped by Phong who also has an eye on her. Unknown location.

All of a sudden Bobby and Danny, with the rest of Uncle Chi’s gang, enter Phong’s building and rescue Anne. In the heat of the fight Phong gets killed. Bobby visits Anne when she is recovered from her kidnapping and they take a long walk. Later that day Bobby meets a corrupt police captain (Jules Croiset). Unknown location.

50 kilos of heroin has been found by the Amsterdam police and Scalia, in his big house, is not amused. Scalia gets a phone call from Lorenzo (Fritz Kampinga) who tells him that the 50 kilos are hidden in Amead’s casino. It turns out that Danny holds a gun to Lorenzo’s head and that he tries to set up Scalia against Amead. Unknown location.

Indeed the 50 kilos are in Amead’s casino. Needless to say Amead gets killed. Uncle Chung (Raymong Fung) and Bobby pay their respect to Uncle Chi and to discuss about restarting the drugs business. Later that day Anne comes by to visit Bobby and they are totally in love with each other. Unknown location.

The next day Bobby, Danny and some others from the former Uncle Chi triad go to visit Thailand where the heroin is made to make some deals. Unknown location.

By boat they visit are going to visit the man, Mr Qi (uncredited), who can introduce them to the right person who is responsible for the production of heroin. Unknown location.

After the meeting with Mr. Qi there is time to take an elephant trip to general Shing (uncredited). It turns out that in exchange of weapons and money Bobby can get their hands on huge amounts of heroin. Unknown location.

Meanwhile back in Amsterdam Rasta (Frank Sheppard), a policeman and friend of Anne, brings Lorenzo’s car to a place where they put a bug in his car so they can record and listen to conversations in this car. It seems that he plays a kind of a double role. Unknown location.

The old Chinese restaurant isn’t there anymore and nowadays it is called 'Ron Gastrobar'.

Bobby and Danny open a new restaurant and Anne opens it. This is the same restaurant we can see in 'De RatelRat' Capture 4 and 21. Oosterdokskade 8, Amsterdam

The sea palace is still there next to the Central Station in Amsterdam and hasn’t changed that much. The environment however has changed drastically.

Thanks to a tip from Arjan Doolaar Frank could pinpoint this location. The only thing that is recognisable in the photo is the house on the right. The houses next to it have all been demolished recently and rebuilt.

The next day Mute sees that there is a package in front of the door. He is horrified to see that it is the decapitated head of Dai Lo. Krom Boomssloot 4, Amsterdam.

Leo is having a chat with Scalia. Scalia promise him that his wife will not get hurt because she is kidnapped by him. Anne is back in Amsterdam and tells that the shipment of heroin will happen in Rotterdam. Sloterdijkstraat, Amsterdam

The same bridge can be seen in 'Amsterdamned' Capture 4 and in 'Super Agent Super Dragon' Capture 14.

The shipment arrived in the harbour of Rotterdam at the Zapata Nordic ship. It seems like everybody is there. Bobby and his triad gang, Scalia and the police. This must end up in a disaster. And yes, it ends up in a massive shootout between everybody. Danny gets killed, Bobby gets Scalia under fire at point blanc range but Anne interferers at keeps Booby under fire. Bobby gets killed. In Paris, for some reason, Scalia is going to trial and is released because of a lack of evidence, All of a sudden Scalia is shot outside of the court and dies in front of the courthouse. Anne, as a police woman, rushes to the crime scene and sees that Kong of all people shot him. Anne sees him and looks at him and because of her love for Bobby, she lets him go. Unknown location.
