Rather an handsome interior for Hammond's confession . . . St. Dominic's Priory, Southampton Road, London NW5 the exterior of which can be seen in 'Two Gentlemen Sharing' and was found after 10 years.
Identified by Hugh Stevenson who was baptised here in 1961. He supported with a Facebook image in May 2021, now replaced by this original. SJ

Only decent shot of the house defying the no actors rule but Dalton's soon to stick her head out of the top left window. Avenue Cottage on north side of Ham Common in Richmond, Surrey, as identified on Brtimovie by Alan F.
Peter Bywaters replaces my Google Streetview from February 2012 with a far superior shot. He met the house owner, by chance, who explained the house is one of a pair of original gate houses for Ham House. The ground floor is 500 years old and the first floor and roof 400 years old and he has also just been approached by producers to use the house as a possible film location. (SJ)

House is opposite a green and Peter Bywaters found the view at the north side of Ham Common.

Chaplin arrives at a "Coroner's Court," but actually the former Kingston-Upon-Thames Register Office identified by Peter Bywaters.
35 Coombe Road, Kingston-Upon-Thames, the former Register Office for Births, Deaths and Marriages, as seen, in the opposite direction, in Never Never Murder, We Shall See, The Share Out, Inadmissible Evidence, Evidence of Concrete and Private Information: the building is now apartments.
