Additional Information:

Screen grabs 001 to 019 together with NOW shots, unless otherwise shown, provided by Dave Wilson and uploaded by Richard Lovejoy.

Dave advises that the main “Korean pillbox” was built around the old surf hut, which has has itself been rebuilt since the production was shot there.

Michael Bradley tells us that Bond’s visits the Cuban Cigar Factory was in fact filmed inside Kingsland House on the Stoke Newington Road (the A10). Not very exotic but with a bit of set dressing, it saved the crew having to fly out to Cuba.

If you have any information regarding this production, the locations or, even better, some comparison shots please contact us. Images submitted must be in Landscape orientation, as would be seen on the cinema screen, not Portrait.

We are aware that there are films on the site that were added when the criteria for the inclusion of locations was very different from today and, as a result, there may be scenes missing from some productions. Please do not forward additional screen captures to us but bring the detail to our attention, for we do, and are, 're-addressing' these older entries as time allows.

Westminster Bridge, London. (Lightened) Michael Bradley advises us that the important doorway that is supposed to be the secret entrance to Vauxhall Cross Tube Station (which has never existed), where M is waiting for Bond, where Q has a workshop, and where Bond then receives his new almost invisible Aston Martin car, is in reality, a broom cupboard where cleaning materials are kept.
