Can you help:

If you have any information regarding this production, the locations or, even better, some comparison shots please contact us. Images submitted must be in Landscape orientation, as would be seen on the cinema screen, not Portrait.

We are aware that there are films on the site that were added when the criteria for the inclusion of locations was very different from today and, as a result, there may be scenes missing from some productions. Please do not forward additional screen captures to us but bring the detail to our attention, for we do, and are, 're-addressing' these older entries as time allows.

Dead body and nice house. Gordon Thomson confirms Steve Cook's identification of Littleton House at Shepperton Studios in Middlesex.. The building can be seen in many productions including 'The Constant Husband'. (RL)

Thanks to Steve Cook, who, on the same day as this was published, recognised Shepperton studio's Littleton Park House. Photo courtesy of Avengerland, a splendid site, http://avengerland.theavengers.tv/studios/sheppbuild.htm

A fingerpost at Gomshall Lane, Shere at its junction with Middle Street. Anthony Spencer advises that the directions are left hand arm ALBURY 2, GUILDFORD 6; right hand arm GOMSHALL 1, DORKING 6 and the third arm PEASLAKE 3, CRANLEIGH 6. Sounds like the football results!

The TA drill centre, Shere or Shepperton? Shepperton, Gordon Thomson says, in fact it is the exterior of 'I' Stage at Shepperton Studios. This stage came from Nettlefold Studios at Walton-on-Thames after it's closure. It used to be referred to as the 'Robin Hood Stage', as the TV series with Richard Greene was filmed at Nettlefold. However Art Directors Peter Mullins and John Blezard who both worked on the series have confirmed to Gordon that this stage was not actually used on that production. It was however used on another Hannah Weinstein series called 'Sword of Freedom' with Edmund Purdom. This stage has now been replaced by new buildings. (RL)

Price in it for himself.
