With the camera pointing at a glaziers premises in Dalston, the Narrator (John Smith) preempts the appearance of passers by. Facing number 505a Kingsland Road E8 at the corner of Stamford Road N1.

At the Narrator's direction, the camera tilts up the building to focus on the clock. Stamford Road at the corner of Kingsland Road in Dalston with the Lamb public house at the corner of Forest Road to the bottom left. The foreground building has since had another floor added.
The additional storey is evident. The former Lamb, at 512 Kingsland Road became The Flock and Firkin and then the Village. It looks like a nightclub now. SJ

A wider view of the location. The junction of Stamford Road, Tottenham Road and Kingsland Road with Dalston Odeon on the right and the De Beauvoir Arms public house in the centre distance.
The Odeon was demolished in 1984 and the Arms converted to The Trolley Stop until it was converted into apartments in the early 2010s. SJ

The second location is a little more rural and is described by the Narrator as the edge of a field near Letchmore Heath surrounded by trees and electricity pylons. Who are we to disbelieve the Director's Hertfordshire description?
