Storyline:
Bobby, a brave West Highland Terrier, becomes local legend when he refuses to leave his master’s grave after he dies. The townsfolk feed the dog until local authorities ban strays. The kids decide to help Bobby defy the law.

Helmshore Mills Textile Museum, Holcombe Road, Helmshore, Lancashire (SD). Interior scenes of the mill were filmed in Burnley, Lancashire, possibly in Tunstill's Mill.

The Higher Mill. The Hub on the left, added approximately ten years ago, is the centre of the combined mills where the tours begin. The other mill, Whitaker's, contains the Spinning Floor seen in the film. (SD)
