Only three locations feature in this film and this looks like a second unit shot. Steve Randall found Shepherd's House off Great Maze Road in SE1, which was the Guy's Hospital School of Nursing in London from 1921 to 1994.

After he escapes from an asylum, warders and dogs track James Rankin in his guise as Dr. Tennant. Located by Steve Randall, in the background stands the railway bridge taking the line across the River Thames at Bourne End in Buckinghamshire. The bridge also appears in 'All Living Things'.
