If you have any information regarding this production, the locations or, even better, some comparison shots please contact us. Images submitted must be in Landscape orientation, as would be seen on the cinema screen, not Portrait.
We are aware that there are films on the site that were added when the criteria for the inclusion of locations was very different from today and, as a result, there may be scenes missing from some productions. Please do not forward additional screen captures to us but bring the detail to our attention, for we do, and are, 're-addressing' these older entries as time allows.

Over Dee Barton's twanging Morricone-like music score, Eastwood rides into the lakeside town of Lago. This is the south side of Mono Lake, east of Yosemite, south of Lake Tahos, California.
Thirty years later. A jeep has replaced the horse. The shoreline has changed as water levels drop thus endangering the ecosystem. Wish You Were Here (Pink Floyd) diver amongst the tufa was shot here in 1975. I even found some bits of wood roughly where the set was erected. SJ

Turn around and here's the closing scene as Eastwood rides away while Curtis looks on by the grave. His brother or a ghost?
I'm proud of this one. Nailed the exact place thirty years on. SJ
