If you have any information regarding this production, the locations or, even better, some comparison shots please contact us. Images submitted must be in Landscape orientation, as would be seen on the cinema screen, not Portrait.

We are aware that there are films on the site that were added when the criteria for the inclusion of locations was very different from today and, as a result, there may be scenes missing from some productions. Please do not forward additional screen captures to us but bring the detail to our attention, for we do, and are, 're-addressing' these older entries as time allows.

Inside, Barbara advises Mr. Hughes that the charity was left £500 and the use of a wing at the family house in Sussex. Ray and Ron have also traced this to Queen Caroline Street, Hammersmith W7, in fact No. 12 Marguerite Buildings, as was . . .

. . . but now long gone as evidenced by this shot that replaces a previous Google view. (RL)

After Hughes is found to have murdered the Colonel, Barbara and Irving bump into Jimmy in town. Dave W says that this location has been baffling him for "a dozen years", 18 Embankment Place, WC2. To expand on what now could be a problematic identity for photographic purposes Dave explains, "Embankment Place where it curves left to meet the bottom end of Villiers Street opposite the rear entrance to (now) Embankment Station." I suspect that Dave has already moved on to another long outstanding puzzle. (RL)

Having established the location, Dave W provides the supporting shot and used the occasion to confirm his thoughts with regard to the following capture. (RL)

Jimmy makes a quick exit when a policeman approaches. Yes, says Dave, still Embankment Place, but further along the pavement, with the camera rotated to the right very approx 90 degrees. Perhaps a simpler explanation is to say that Embankment Underground station entrance is out of sight right of shot. (RL)

Dave did well to capture the same location from the same camera position (well, + or -) to reveal much change. (RL)
