The titular Sahara Hotel in a production which, apart from a few frames of stock footage, was shot entirely on sets at Pinewood Studios in Iver Heath, Buckinghamshire.

Realising that a comparison shot is extremely unlikely, Antony Blair settled on taking this view of the main entrance at Pinewood Studios.
