Norman Hackett (Norman Wisdom) makes his way to the jewellery shop where he works. New Bond Street, London W1.

Regrettably from ground level but the junction with Conduit Street. (RL)

The jewel maker crosses the road outside Russell & Bromley's store. The corner of New Bond Street and Conduit Street in W1.

Redeveloped but still Russell & Bromley, from ground level. (RL)

From a window in the workshop, Norman looks across at Anne (Jill Dixon) who is a window dresser in the shop opposite. New Bond Street also appears in ‘Nothing But the Best’, ‘Octopussy’, ‘Absolute Beginners’, ‘Help!’, 'Crooks Anonymous', ‘The Mine and the Minotaur’, ‘Baby Love’, ‘Joanna’, ‘The Lady is a Square’, ‘Appointment with Crime’, ‘The Stud’, ‘I Don’t Want to be Born’ and of course ‘Bond Street’.

Maybe the corner of New Bond Street and Bruton Street. Indeed it is but now redeveloped and occupied by Miu Miu not Cresta. (RL)
