Taking the wrongly delivered newspaper next door, Eddie speaks with Barbie Reynolds (Nina Baden-Semper) as she brings in the milk. Neil Rigby found this to be Arundel Avenue in Borehamwood.

Bill waits for the bus to work as Eddie approaches and joins the queue. Eldon Avenue in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire recognised by Neil Rigby.

When Bill refuses to give Eddie a light because he won't say please, he asks a Pipe Smoker (George Roderick) who explains that he's given up smoking and his pipe is empty. Eldon Avenue.

An almost full bus arrives, leaving Eddie behind when it departs. Identified by Neil Rigby, this is Eldon Avenue, Borehamwood.

The Driver (Nosher Powell) of the following bus, makes Eddie apologise for being rude to the Conductor (Norman Chappell). The bus stands on Eldon Avenue, where Nosher Powell reprises his role as a Bus Driver from 'The Sandwich Man'.

Joan Booth (Kate Williams) answers the door to the Postman (Bill Pertwee) as he delivers letters and a postcard that he's read from her brother Cyril. Found by Neil Rigby, this is Arundel Drive, Borehamwood.

Stopping her window cleaning, Barbie looks at the Postman after he makes a cheeky remark before he tells the ladies about a 'Love Thy Neighbour' competition in the local newspaper. Arundel Drive with a property at the corner of Monksmead in the background.

Barbie phones Heathrow Airport to find out what time Bill's father's flight from Trinidad will arrive the next day.

Arriving a day earlier than expected, Joe Reynolds (Charles Hyatt) leaves the airport looking for his son.

At the factory, Eddie takes a bottle of beer from the dray delivering to the social club as a cricket ball nearly hits him and his mate Arthur (Tommy Godfrey). Neil Rigby advises that this is inside Elstree Studios at Borehamwood.

When Joe arrives at Bill and Barbie's house, Eddie's mother Annie Booth (Patricia Hayes) comes out of her son's house to tell him that they're not in. Arundel Drive, Borehamwood.

Bill, Eddie are escorted home from the social club by Barbie and Joan after they discover that their husbands have been to see a Stripper. Arundel Drive again.

Calling a meeting, Eddie and his fellow Union Members march through the factory prompting Mr. Granger (Bill Fraser) to appear from the office to find out what's going on. Within Elstree Studios in Borehamwood.

Meanwhile, Joe calls on Annie after she offers to take him out to see the sights of London. Arundel Drive, Borehamwood located by Neil Rigby.

Eddie runs away after being disturbed by a Bus Conductress as he attempts to make a call with no money. Facing numbers 148 and 150 Shenley Road.

Around the corner, Eddie finds a taxi and gets in . . . frightening a Woman who gets in the opposite door as his towel falls off. Neil Rigby identifies this as Whitehouse Avenue looking towards Shenley Road in Borehamwood.

As he leaves for work the next morning, Joan calls to Eddie to tell him that his Mother's bed hasn't been slept in. Arundel Drive, as advised by Neil Rigby.

When Barbie discovers that her Father-in-Law never came home the previous night either, Bill and Eddie rush the Registry Office after Annie asks Joe to phone and let their families know that they're safe. In front of the EMI-Canon studios on Shenley Road, Borehamwood, identified by Dave Buckley.

The taxi pulls up as a newly married Couple (Lesley Goldie and John Bindon) and their Guests leave the building. Dave Buckley recommends viewing the 'Studio Map' on the "Avengerland" website which shows how much of the site is now part of a Tesco Extra supermarket.

Having disturbed the wedding attended by Joe and Annie, Eddie and Bill flee from the Registry Office, and get into the Bride and Groom's car. Dave Buckley places the scene as in front of the EMI-Canon studios on Shenley Road.
