This must be, say Manuel, on Quai Voltaire, between Pont du Carousel and Pont Royal, as we can see at the opposite Seine enbankment the two turrets of the Pavillon de La Trémoille, the southern gateway to the Place du Carousel onto the Louvre site. The inland express train by Swiss Federal Railways (SBB) bound for Lausanne, Canton au Vaud, provides 1st class and 2nd class lightweight type coaches of SBB standard design EW I. Manuel comments that not only the platform display for the arrival of Rapide 5112 from Lyon shown before seems to be fictitious. Neither in the CHAIX timetable of the French State Railways (SNCF) from 1972 nor in the CHAIX edition from 1975 can such a train connection be found. So he is pretty sure, that we see a movie train pulling into the terminus station, with Co'Co' type DC electric loco of SNCF Class CC-6500 ahead, while next to it Bo'Bo' type DC electric loco of SNCF Class BB-9200 is visible.
