A miller and a chimney sweep accidentally collide while passing each other which immediately causes a fight between the two.

The miller (Fred Hutchins) fights the sweep using a bag of flour and the sweep fights back with a bag of soot. In the background is Race Hill Mill, Bear Road, Brighton, East Sussex.

The mill collapsed on 16th May 1913. Now a riding school is on the site.

The fight is stopped when a crowd of people chases them away.

This is very near to the short roadway which was the entrance to McLeavy's Hotel in 'Loot'.
