Looking after the latest addition to a pony trekking centre, a youngster is fired from his holiday job when another stable lad becomes jealous.

Winning Mischief at the auction, Mr. Cross leaves the new acquisition with his stable lad Harry Jones (Iain Burton) who plays his transistor radio so loudly that the pony can't be be kept under control.
