A taxi conveys Spider's drums to the studios where the band are to cut a record. Outside The Kensal Community Centre, 177 Kensal Road, Westbourne Park W10, facing northwest. A similar view also appears in 'Clegg'. The red brick building on the right, Canalot Studios, is also seen in 'The Very Edge','The Traitors' and 'Steptoe and Son Ride Again'.

New development on the right accompanies Canalot Studios, a former metal canning factory and Victorian warehouse. (SR)

Vim emerges with the band's new bus, and immediately has a prang. The yard at 15-17 Hewer Street, with a view across the street to numbers 42 and 44. The short street also appears in The Comic Strip's 'Didn't You Kill my Brother?'

The band take to the road, heading for Donington Park. Geoff Dodd recognises the northbound carriageway of the M1 just prior to the Scratchwood Services turn-off. The overhead gantry that displayed the signs for the services has since been removed. Geoff points out that a similar view from the southbound carriageway appears in 'Private Road' Capture 22. (RL)
